We will only send you candidates whom we have met and who have been screened and interviewed.
We see ourselves as an extension of your senior management team, providing advice and guidance on topics including local employment intelligence, interview techniques, employment legislation updates, salary benchmarking, redundancy advice, advertising and any other recruitment matters.
Our standard fees for placing a permanent candidate with you are as follows:-

Our standard fees include the following:
- Initial appointment with you to discuss your requirements
- Advertising your vacancy
- Sifting and screening candidates
- In-depth interviewing and testing the candidates
- Forwarding suitable candidates to you
- Arranging interviews for you
- Sending interview details, job description and location details to candidate
- Following up on interview and passing on comments to you and the candidate
- Keeping in touch with our candidates and you during the initial 3 month probationary period
