Salary: to £22k depending on experience
My client is a busy company who are now looking for an administrator due to expansion.
The successful candidate will have around 2-3 + years office experience, as well as exceptional customer service skills. You will be comfortable working with both MS Word and Excel and be generally IT literate. This is a great role for someone who can multi task, who is intelligent and have the ability to adapt.
An excellent telephone manner is required as is the ability to adapt and be flexible. This is a small business so you will be asked to get involved in a variety of tasks.
You will be commercially aware, have a real focus on the customer and be flexible in your attitude.
Any experience of booking appointments that are out in the field would be beneficial but is not essential.
Full training will be given and my client is keen to see someone develop in their skills and career.
You will be experienced at working in a small team where communication is key. Therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
You will be friendly, positive and flexible in your nature and have the ability to remain calm, have strong organisational skills and and an eye for detail. If you have any experience from the property sector then this would be helpful but not essential.
Fulltime hours – 37.5 per week.
