Salary to £35k basic + bonus
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team based in Liverpool. They are about to undergo a massive growth phase and therefore need to make step changes to enable this. This is an exciting time to join this international brand working for a high end and highly sought after product.
The successful candidate will have energy and a “can do” attitude, will be able to pick up the role quickly and be a real innovator and ideas person. You will be approachable, trustworthy and be able to manage the commercial needs of the business. You wil lbe a confident and thought partner who is collaborative and used to driving action and change.
You will be strong enough to challenge both the MD and the business but with empathy and emotional intelligence. A brilliant communicator who can connect with people and (when needed) deliver tough messages but in the right way.
You will drive and be a car owner as frequent travel to Wales and their H/O on the south coast will be required. This role is all about driving strong performance culture and achieving the growth ambitions for the company through its people.
You should be CIPD qualified to a minimum level 3 and ideally come from within a manufacturing/production based background although this is not essential.
You will be able to demonstrate and give examples of ways you have identified and contributed to improving ways of working and innovation. You will have a good working knowledge of employment law and be able to adapt to learn new ways of working and coach and share experience and knowledge with others.
