Jobseeker confidence has ‘soared’ in the past 12 months, says Totaljobs

Jobseeker confidence has “soared” in the past 12 months, with the number of unemployed confident in finding a job in the next year jumping from 51% in 2011 to 64%.

Research by Totaljobs.com has revealed the percentage of unemployed people out of work for longer than 12 months has fallen by 2%, to 16%, and the corresponding rise in the number of jobseekers who believe they’ll find work within the year suggests jobseekers feel reinvigorated and hopefully, not over-confident….
